​Upon arrival for your first treatment, I will first carry out a free 15 minute consultation and then begin the treatment of your choice.​

 

In all massage and facial treatments I can vary the pressure and will always check to make sure you are totally comfortable during the treatments.

Indian Head Massage (40mins) £38

Indian Head Massage helps release the stress that can accumulated in the tissues, muscles & joints of the head, face, neck & shoulders. It could also help relieve symptoms of insomnia, migraines & headaches and sinusitis.

Organic Aromatherapy Neck & Shoulders (30mins) £35

This massage will aid re-balancing of the body by using specifically blended oils that will help take away the stresses and strains of eveyday life and transport your body into a state of relaxation. It is effective massage that can de-stress and release muscle tension.

Organic Reviving Leg & Foot Massage (45mins) £40

This massage warms and helps stretch your contracted leg muscles and allows them to relax and stimulates the blood lymph flow to help prevent the formation of cellulite on the thighs and legs.

Deep Tissue Massage - Part-Body

This massage is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, sore shoulders, lower back pain and leg muscle tightness. Deep tissue massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissues that are caused from repetitive physical activity and trauma.

These pregnancy massages will help to alleviate specific areas of tightness in your back, neck & shoulders and could help reduce swelling in your legs and feet, bringing you relief and relaxation during your pregnancy.

Organic Stress Busting Back Massage (45mins) £40

This stress busting massage will use aromatherapy oils to help relieve you of tight, knotted muscles in your back, neck and shoulders. The oils will penetrate into your skin and muscles and will continue to work on your body after the massage to help encourage further healing of the body and relaxation. ​

Organic Aromatherapy Head, Shoulders & Back Massage (60mins) £45

In this massage I will use specifically blended oils that will help to enhance your sense of relaxation and help ease & relax the tissues, muscles and joints of the back, shoulders, neck, head & face.

Pregnancy Massage can help ease away the strain the muscles of your lower back, abdomen and shoulders, reduce fluid retention & encourage rest and relaxation that is much needed during pregnancy.

The full body Aromatherapy Massage calms and soothes the mind and can help reduce muscle tension and lift your mood. It will also help induce a relaxation that can stimulate the body's natural immune system and restore balance within the body.

Organic Holistic Aroma Facial (45mins) £45

This is a wonderful treatment, which can help to improve the appearance of your skin and bring you relief from stress and tension. Each facial is individually tailored to suit your skin’s requirements using Organic base and essential oils so is suitable for all skin types. You will also receive a soothing arm and hand massage while the non-drying mask is applied to your face. 

 

Tension Reviver Massage (75mins) £60

This reviving treatment begins with a deeply relaxing back & scalp massage to melt away tension followed by my Organic Holistic Aroma Facial which will leave you with a feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation, that will cleanse away your stresses.

 

Total Relaxation Massage (120mins) £80

This involves two hours of total relaxation in the calming atmosphere of my treatment room. I will first begin with a full body massage which will include a 30min back, neck & shoulder massage, reviving leg & foot massage, soothing arm & hand massage, followed with my Organic Holistic Aroma Facial. So that you will feel the ultimate relaxation and feel refreshed from head to toe.
